Introduction

Thank you for choosing Find A Car USA LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By utilizing our services to advertise and sell your vehicle, or by opting into our communications, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Service Overview

Find A Car USA LLC assists vehicle sellers by advertising their vehicles to a broader audience with the intent of maximizing visibility and facilitating a successful sale.

Fees and Commissions

Upon the successful sale of a vehicle to a buyer introduced by Find A Car USA LLC, the seller agrees to pay a commission of 10% of the sale price. Should the seller sell the vehicle without our intervention or to a buyer not introduced by us, no commission is owed.

Listing Duration & Termination

The vehicle listing will remain active until:

•  The vehicle is sold;

• The seller requests the removal of the listing;

• We determine the listing should be removed due to reasons including but not limited to inactivity, false information, or a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any point without prior notice.

Vehicle Information Accuracy

The seller is responsible for providing accurate vehicle details. Any misrepresentation may result in the removal of the listing and potential legal consequences.

Test Drives & Vehicle Safety

Find A Car USA LLC is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or issues arising from test drives or viewings. The seller assumes all risks and is advised to take necessary precautions during these events.

Model Release

The seller grants us the irrevocable right to use and publish photos of the listed vehicle(s) for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation. All profits arising from such usage belong exclusively to Find A Car USA LLC.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our service obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find A Car USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law

These terms and any related actions will be governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled in Greene County, Ohio.

Amendments

We may revise these terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and vehicle matches.

• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
